Do you offer a 2 year warranty?

Yes. All Yeyecrystal pieces are automatically backed by our complimentary 2-Year Warranty (effective for all orders). This covers our entire collection, including all authentic gemstones, 925 Sterling Silver, 18kt Rose/Yellow Gold Vermeil, and 10kt/14kt Solid Gold.

What is covered?

· ✅ Manufacturing defects: Any issues related to original materials and/or factory workmanship.

What is NOT covered?

· ❌ Everyday wear & tear: Scratches, bent bands, broken chains, worn-out prongs, or lost stones from normal use.

· ❌ Accidents & Loss: Damaged, dropped, or lost jewelry.

· ❌ Improper care: Discoloration caused by water,fire, sweat, chemicals, makeup, perfume, or improper storage.

· ❌ Third-party modifications: Any resizing or repairs done outside of Yeyecrystal.
