1. How much does shipping cost?

 Orders of $250 USD and above: ✨ FREE worldwide shipping!

Orders under $250 USD: 

International: Starts at $15.00 USD

2. Why isn't my tracking link updating?

This is completely normal! For made-to-order items, it typically takes up to 5 business days for the first tracking scan to appear. This simply means your package is securely en route to the carrier's hub and waiting to be processed.

3. Can I track my jewelry in the mail?
Yes, absolutely!

· Tracking Email: As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link to follow your package.

· Update Time: For made-to-order items, it may take up to 5 business days for the first tracking scan to appear. This is normal and means your package is safely en route to the carrier.

4. My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Don't worry, packages are occasionally marked as "delivered" a bit early. Please follow these steps to locate your package:

1. Check secure spots: Look around your property (porches, side doors, garages) where the carrier may have hidden it to prevent theft.

2. Ask around: Check with family members, household residents, and neighbors.

3. Contact the carrier: Call your local shipping company immediately and provide your tracking number for precise details.

 Please note: We are unable to offer refunds or reshipments for orders with a confirmed delivery status from the carrier.

 

5. Do you ship on weekends or bank holidays?

· Monday – Saturday: Orders are processed and shipped daily.

· Sundays & Bank Holidays: Shipping is closed.

Every Yeyecrystal piece is designed in-house and handcrafted by our workshop in Panyu,China—the world’s gemstone capital.

To ensure seamless international delivery, packages are consolidated and shipped from our secure logistics hub in Hong Kong. This routing allows us to handle customs efficiently and guarantees:
