1. Do you use real gemstones?

Yes, 100%. Every gemstone we use is 100% authentic and natural. To guarantee their premium quality and beauty, our gemstones are regularly tested and certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

How can I request a certificate for my diamond piece?
If your purchase qualifies, simply email us within the first hour of placing your order to request your official document.

Please note: Certifications are only available for new diamond orders and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

 

 2. Do all diamonds come with a certificate?

All of our gems undergo strict GIA and IGI lab testing to guarantee the highest quality assurance.

However, an official, printed diamond certification document is exclusively provided for pieces priced at $500 USD and above, offering an extra layer of security and peace of mind for your higher-value investments.

 

 3. What are GIA and IGI?

GIA and IGI are the world’s most trusted, independent gemological authorities. We use their certifications to give you 100% confidence in the quality and authenticity of our jewelry:

GIA (Gemological Institute of America): The world’s foremost authority on diamonds and colored stones. GIA evaluates our gemstones based on the famous "4Cs" (Cut, Clarity, Color, and Carat Weight). Their independent tests verify that our gems are 100% natural, untreated, and meet the highest industry standards.

IGI (International Gemological Institute): One of the largest independent global laboratories specializing in diamond grading. IGI is the only gemological lab holding ISO accreditation for natural diamond calibration and testing. Every diamond in our Yeyecrystal collection is backed by an official IGI grading report to guarantee its prestigious quality.

 

4. What does a diamond certification include?
Your certificate provides a unique grading code that details the diamond's official 4Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat weight.

To guarantee authenticity and peace of mind, a matching identification code is discreetly engraved or stamped directly onto your Yeyecrystal piece, linking it permanently to your official document.
